ArGest
rebrand
Brief:
Referencing the previously updated ArGest logo, re-design the App icons for ArGest Backup, Ingest Pro, and Bru Server, as well as the icons within the software.
Intent:
To align branding across all content.
Research & Reviews
After this first review, we decided to go with option 1 for the main app icons and option 2 for the internal icons. The next steps were minor edits to the app icon and creating an icon library for the software interface.
Icon Reviews
Column one shows the icons in greyscale and color gradient. The idea was once an icon section was selected it would change to the blue/pink gradient, which replicates the gradient in the logo swoop.
After testing the accessibilities of the gradient colors, it was deduced that we needed to stick to solid black and white icons for interacting with dark/light modes.

Once approved, every icon and app thumbnail was exported in varies sizes. I was the sole designer on this project, working directly with the product manager of ArGest and my creative director for critique and approval.
